Payment

• I am not accepting insurance at this time.

• The rate is $120 for the first session.  Follow up treatments are $100 per session.

• All payments are due at the time of service, as check, cash, Venmo, or credit card.

• I can provide an itemized receipt if you are able to submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please let me know in advance if this is something you will require.

What if I need to cancel? 

• As outlined on the intake form, 24 hour notice is required.  With less than 24 hour notice, except in cases of emergency, unexpected illness, or extreme weather, payment of $100 is required for the missed visit.
